Nothing very scientific here, but here's what I've seen. For the first 1500 miles I averaged around 15 mpg. I kept it at 70 on the interstate. No real difference between city and highway mileage. I didn't bother to check tire pressure from the dealership. Only 40 psi per tire.

I put 55 psi in the tires, added the Rokktech sensor, put a bottle of Stanadyne in the last tank, and added the workhorse module. This tank My overhead is reading 21. 5. I've got 2/5 of a tank left based on the gauge and I've covered ~380 miles. So far a pretty drastic improvement. I ran one tank with only the Rokktech sensor and 40 psi in the tires and I was still around 15 mpg. I'm in central Washington and I'm assuming we have a winter blend fuel here.

I'll update later with another tank or two.

The workhorse doesn't give much more on the top end, but the powerband is much more broad. The low end feels more like my '97 that was mildly bombed.

Hi newtrout, when you fill up again calculate by hand. Adding boxes always makes the overhead read higher than actual.

I don't know if it's my truck but it seems the fuel is worse this winter than last. My 96's mileage is down noticeably on highway and around town. But I'm running a little more fuel though so I'm sure that's partly to blame :)

I'll definitely do a hand calc, but regardless, I'm getting substantially more miles on this tank.

I browse NW Bombers a bit. Seems like a good bunch.

You'll also find there can be a two or three gallon variation between fillups! Average a few tanks hand calculated and you'll get a true figure. Believe me, it won't be six miles per gallon better than stock!

Since I added a few bolt-on's. I get between 18. 5 & 21. 4 as a mean. I've only got a K&N FIPK & Juice/Attitude and due to avoiding hearing loss, I have since re-installed my oem exhaust sytem, where milage has dropped about an average of . 8 +/-. I snapped this shot today of my overhead while cruising through traffic around the city. This was rare for city driving, but just as an idea.
