another guy told me i will have to get it reflashed for the 03 hmmm

never had mine reflashed, truck runs fine. I would check with TST though. Maybe they have had some updated programs since I switched mine out.

Only if you have the twins flash. There are two twins flashes, one for the SO/HO trucks, and another for the 325/600/610 trucks.



The standard program is the same.

Call TST and verify the serial # on your TST control box. I called them and I had the old aggressive single turbo program on my '03 and TST said it will work on the '05 just fine. You have to make sure to use a seperate boost source for the wastegate on the '04. 5 and up though since it's electronically controlled otherwise boost will go up past 50psi even since the PCM never sees enough signal from the MAP sensor because of the boost fooling so it never opens the wastegate.

oh yeah, I do remember Mark mentioning something about the boost elbow. When the boxes originally came out the used a different boost elbow than what they are currently using for the 03-04 trucks. However when the 04. 5 and up boxes were released they went back to that style boost elbow. I have one of the first released boxes so I had the early version boost elbow and it was OK for the 05.
