'05's when?

Anyone have any idea when the '05's will start being built and/or delivered?

My '04 has been built and has been in shipping for a month. Maybe when they ship an '04 that was built in late april they may be able to figure out how to ship an '05-- Maybe by christmas :{

I just posted a thread about this... a lot of options including most paint colors are on restriction at least until August. I'm planning to order my truck as soon as pricing is released (hopefully next week) and won't expect to see it until October.

I was asked about the defrosting rear window. Something like the electric system they have in cars. I've never needed it before. I would rather have the sliding rear window anyway.

I ordered that. My arms are not long enough to use the rear slider ( don't want to driving anyway ) so the rear defroster was a good idea to me. Then again we actually do get frost- but usually on the windows you need to see out to drive safely.

mberry, of course we'll have to hook up sometime and drool over each other's trucks. Once I have my truck I'll be able to pull my trailer again and I'll be heading over to Sand Mountain quite a bit I hope (kinda in your area). It's been torture not being able to play this summer because of no tow vehicle.



As for the defrost window, I definitely want the slider instead. I like to sleep in the bed of my truck on road trips, and it makes for a lot easier access to the munchies stored with all the camping gear in the back seat. It's also useful for throwin stuff in the back while driving down the road, and provides a way for animal travel companions to go between the camper shell and the front if they like.

I like the extra air when the weather is nice. I haven't needed to defrost my rear window in a very long time.
