Hi All,
I have a 06 CTD 2500, 4DR, LB, 2WD, that I need to raise the front about 2.5 inches, to make it sit level. I have read a lot of post about lift spindles and, as I understand it OEM wheels will not work if you change the spindles. I was looking at Max Traxx Spindles. Anyone have any information of changing the spindles? Does the wheel still fit? I can not afford to change all of the wheels.
Any recommendations on what to do? Other options to make it level? Any and all ideas are welcomed.

Thanks to all of you for your assistance.

The spindle lift is the best way. I didn't do it but just used a spring spacer. Used alot of upper control arms as it was hard on the ball joint. You could use a wheel spacer to solve the backset problem. Hope this helps
