I've got a DTT fully built transmission with all the billet guts and a triple disc torque converter.Ok my truck started acting like the torque converter clutch solenoid was going out so drop the pan replace the solenoid and I also replaced the governor pressure sensor and solenoid at the same time. Changed the in pan filter and changed my remote filteR as well. put fresh fluid in and when I started the truck up after everything was put back together it's giving me code p0868. and for some reason it feels like it's up into the break harder than it should be. almost like you're giving it partial throttle when at idle. Thanks in advance for any and all help

Clear that code and see if it comes back. That really isn't a valid code for a 48RE which means you might have some weird electrical stuff going on.

If the truck is trying to pull thru the brakes at a stop likely the TC has failed. It is possible that the pump cover has warped or there is FOD in the TCC release port but if it just starte doing it is likely the TC.

Ok clear the code and got it to stay gone now I'm getting code P 1762 and I really don't know how to describe it other than it just drives funny. My line pressure is reading about 50psi idling in neutral, and 135 idling in all forward gears measured at the governor port. Every time I shift from reverse or drive to neutral it flares.

Check and make sure you got the solenoid seated in the gov housing. The later solenoids have 2 rings on them and you don't get it all the way in nothing will work right.

If you have the GM style solenoid it sounds like you got a bad transducer. Stock setup you should see 0 psi at 0 wheel speed.
