Denso was the OE mfg. for my 03s starter, still going at 240K. Worked on a clients Lexus LS430 with an original Denso starter at 323K still going strong. I wouldn't bat an eye at Denso mfg. products.

I, too, had never heard of Halla, but evidently it was OE from '06-'09 with the Cummins.

The OEM compressor died on my 06 well before the 100k mark. That's not something I wanted to repeat.
