just read the new fourwheeler magazine today. They had a picture of a ram with a bra covering the front end. Magazine say there will be a restyled look to the 06. It also mentions something about the megacab. my guess is a larger crew cab than current offerings. I pulled a forum search on mega cab and found nothing anyone know where to find out more about the mega cab. The power wagon won their 6 pickup shoot out, with the hemi in a 3/4 package. the testers asked why not available with the cummins, I ask the same thing. If they offer a long bed 6 speed power wagon with a ctd I'll be heading to the dealer to sign my life away.

did you see the CON on the powerwagon???-----they said it lacks POWER !!!! the furd v-10 won that catagory

as for a cummins in a offroad vehical design ... . a bit heavy aint it and that goveners not to good when your barried to the axels in mud. Id take a gasser in the mud anyday . get that 8,000 RPM thing going and those tires will be throwing some gunk!!! they should of put the MOPAR V-10 in it then it would of clean the boards.

yes the diesel is heavier, but every fourwheeling situation doesn't require high revving and wheelspeed. plenty of people just want to cross a snow covered pasture to feed cattle or to access high mountain lake for privacy when they fish etc. . Fourwheeling is not always about tearing everthing up. real fourwheeling isn't what is depicted in tv commercials

the powerwagon is a new package that dodge has put out on the 3/4 tons. The main highlights of this package are an electric winch ( 12,000 warn I think ) hidden behind the front bumper. The axles have locking differantials that can be shifted manually. It also has a sway bar that can be diconnected for greater suspension articualtion off road. The fourwheeler magazine with a silver dodge on the cover has an article about it. The bad news is it is only available with a hemi. Don't know if the dealers have them yet or not. Hey DC how about a 4 door ram based suv with the power wagon package?
