06 dodge with wicked turbo?

i was lurking around some other sites and ran across a guy in cali who saw a dodge with a huge black bra on the front with michigan plates. he said it had the "most wicked sounding turbo i have ever heard"... ... . hmmm sounds like a Variable nozzle to me Oo. he also said the guy driving the truck was making sure he did not get a real good look at it. he said it was a red dually with the fenders taken off. He said it was dreadful looking. He said it had a LCD in the center dash as well as revised tailligts similar to a chevy's. that is all i know. sound interesting though

They are also supposed to get a crew cab option along with a 5 speed auto.
