Attention: TDR Forum Junkies Previously started another thread on this. When AC/Heater Defrost was on I felt a weird shake/vibration. Problem was related to the Fan Clutch engaging. Didn't matter if engine was cold or warm. Dealer says the plastic fan is hitting the metal guard protecting the wiring that feed the Fan Clutch. While I doubt this is the actual problem DC is going to replace the entire assembly. I can't see how the fan is hitting the metal guard. The clearance is tight, but, problem happens every 30sec or so. If it was truly hitting the metal guard I think it should do this all the time. Not sure if I'm the only one with this problem.
Also had the window regulater swapped out on the passenger front window. Sounded like it was binding.
