06 flatbed and tail lights

Going to have an Alum-Line flatbed installed on an 06 ... I think ... but what about the tail lights on the 06, is this going to create problems?

I didn't install the service body on my 06, but my understanding was that if you weren't switching to LED stop/turn/running lights there wouldn't be an issue. If you do go to LED lights there was a module that they installed that essentually tricks the computer so it doesn't think there is a bulb out. I have LED lights in the back of my Stahl GCX body and it works fine.
