06 fuel economy ?s

I have two 2006 4x4 slt quadcabs they are both used and driven the same . My question is one is getting about 18mpg on the highway and the other is getting 15mpg on the highway same options same loads same every thing . both trucks have around 5k miles on the them is there some kinda flash that is out right now for fuel economy. both trucks seem to run great and pull hard

Hope this helps... I have an 06 4X2 3500 SRW. I took it in for the flash to correct the long crank I want to say 18-003-06 was the number. Fixed it right up and I am also seeing a 1-2 MPG increase in economy as well. But I was getting good mileage before. Wouldn't hurt to take it in and have them update everything.

Mine falls in with your 15mpg...
