06 holds revs while shifting

when i was playing around the other nite when i was going through the gears at WOT the rpm's would hold at full pedal for a second or two after i let off the pedal to shift. this is with the ramifier hooked up. any ideas?... james

If you have the Ramifier turned up it is normal. It takes a while for the rail pressure to come down and let the motor slow.



All my pressure boxes have done this; Quad Standard and Race, EZ, Ramifier, and MP-8.



If you have a TST or Juice alone it will not do this.



I'm hooking up my rail pressure gauge next weekend. I am interested in seeing if there's a pressure spike when this happens.

I learned to drive around it. Let off the throttle just before you're going to push in the clutch to shift.

Yes it will. Mine will even do it "stock". Only over 2700 rpm or so. Very annoying.
