'06 mega cab options

Gentlemen, I am looking at a 2006 3500 6spd megacab 4x4 Laramie. The truck has group 2bg and 2tg as additional options that were added, do any of you know what these could be ? When you purchase a truck in Nevada and it meets California Emissions does that mean the mileage will suffer?? If I want to install a Smarty does the Calif. Emissions create problems ? What are your thoughts.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but all trucks met CA emissions that year.

If you live in a county that doesn't require emission testing, just take the cat off. If you do live in a county with testing, you can take it off and then put it back on for the test, then take it off again.

I have the same truck and the Laramie package came with about everything in it. The only things I actually ordered were the tow mirrors, skid plate package and on/off road tires. The rest, seat heaters, sliding rear window, and all the other stuff came on the truck. Scotty
