Anyone go from a TST to a Hot Juice on an '03?

Performance transmission mounts?

I have an '06 Mega cab 5. 9 auto. Can anyone tell me what T-case I have. It sounds like the chain is slipping when I put any kind of a load on it. Suggestions would be appreciated. Works fine in 2 wheel drive

I don't know which case you have, but it will help all TDR members answer your questions if you fill out your truck info, do you have an automatic or manual for example.

Good luck.

Not sure what case you have, but if you call your dealer with the vin they can tell you. I am having the same problem with mine when in 4wd. I have had a problem keeping fluid in mine since I lost my first driveshat joint at 60k (now have 160k) miles. Since then I put a quart in every once and a while. I had the case out and apart about 10k ago when I did my clutch. There was no run out on the main shaft so I put it back together. I also had the shaft ballanced and I get no vibs, but she still leaks from the seal. I think I may have a small crack in the tail cone. In my case I think I may have run the case dry and melted the shift fork pads. If this is the case the selector fork may not be engaging the 4wd gear set properly. I will be pulling mine in a week or so to check it out.

Manual shift = NP271

Electric shift = NP273

As far as I know, all Mega's came with electric Tcase only. As previously posted, this means NV273. No difference in rated strength between the two.

Inccorect. Not an NV but an NP273. If you crawl under the truck and look at the back of yout tcase, there should be a round metal plate with all the info you would ever need.
