06 MEGA CAB VIPER ALARM & STARTER INSTALLED AND IT ONLY TOOK 8 HOURS!

Ok some of that time I was actually testing other circuits for later installs like turning the cargo light on from the remote and opening the power sliding window from the remote. But let me tell you that it definetly was not easy! I have done soooo many remote starters in vehicles that everyone says cant be done (Audi S8, Landrover freelander, etc) but this truck was a ball buster. I had to add an additional 6 relays to control normal functions. And for those of you that have had your 06's lower dash off yet dont expect to find many wires! The underside of the dash has next to nothing in it. The chipped key worked fine after taking it apart like I do for the Caravans. There is also no power wires from the battery and no fuse panel! This truck has only one fuse panel in the engine compartment. But all in all it works great and thats all that matters. This truck also received a pioneer nav screen, xm, ipod, sub amp, 8" bazooka tube, and boston speakers. It sounds so much better now!

Should have put in the Mopar remote start and alarm and it is all mostly plug and play. You can't believe how many CAN bus vehicles that get messed up by aftermarket accessories.

Just want to Thank JD for everything this weekend if it was not for him i would be with out all my toys pioneer nav screen, xm, ipod, sub amp, 8" bazooka tube, and boston speakers i was there just about the hole time till i had to go watch his kids but that was fun to but just so you all kno if you want anything done and your in Ct or near by call or email JD there is still a lot more to come in the truck when the money comes in, and JD will be the one installing it all he knows his stuff Thanks again JD
