I went from an '03 crewcab Chevy to the '05 Laramie QC about a year ago because I just hated the Duramax/Allison drivetrain and wimpy GM chassis. To make the change though I had to give up a lot as far as interior design and features, even with the top of the line Dodge. Yesterday I drove home my new MEGA with pretty much all of the toys. The seats are way better, the leather much nicer. The steering wheel leather is much more like fine leather than stiff vinyl. The dash, with fake wood and all, appeals to me much more than the alum trim in my '05 and it a notch up on GM now. I also now have a power glass moonroof, power rear sliding window, rear seat dvd entertainment system, reclining rear seats and more space than most limos. I get all I had an more along with the CTD and a factory exhaust brake to be installed monday with my gooseneck hitch. I could have done with a little less cab to get a long box but this is still the best package around. Almost seemed worth the price
