06 Mega, Tst Cooldown P336

Got an 06 Mega, just installed a new powermax unit, cooldown not working at all in the set or auto mode, occasional p336 code. Anybody had these issues with the TST? They sent me a new timing harness, no dice, still not working.

the 336 code is common tst says that in their instructions if the truck is not running bad then just ingore it, if it is running bad then check cam shaft/ crank connectors and plugs on the powermax it self check for broken wires
