My 06 is charging 15. 2 volts. My headlights are flickering intermittantly. I was told the PCM or the ECM controls this now. the PCM is covered under the 8yr/80,000 mile emissions warranty. Does the PCM control the voltage?

I ordered a new relay for the grid heater today. the heater is working but it is throwing a code "No voltage drop detected from grid heater". Hope this $54 part , which has been "upgraded" fixes my problem.

One of my working partners '06 has been on the shop 6 times in 4 months. Picked him up in San Angelo yesterday with a bad PDU. Lost his PCM and lift pump 3 weeks ago.

You know, dodge better get it together, when Toyota comes out with their 1 ton - I might just get one. I dont care if is $10,000 more. If it will stay out of the repair shop - thats all the better.

Toyota dealers have shops full of techs also. Plus with Toyota wanting to be number one world wide and here in the U. S. would not surprize me to see their quality as their selling at bottom dollar(low profit margin) go down the pooper.

Well truck quit charging this morning (lost a load to Greenville SC w/a backhaul). Took to dealer (after spending 30 min taking edge/att. out) Dealer found bad battery, replaced and volts went up to 19 VOLTS. Ordered new PCM which should be here tomorrow. Let yall know what happens
