Loud hissing/ air leak sound

Its a 06 ram 3500 DRW Mega Cab 4x4.
Symptoms: Speedometer isn't working . Ac cuts out (vents still blowing air/pressure checked out fine) Mechanic 1 diagnosis: No communication between ecu and abs module and when he read scan tool it said a lot of the features that were installed such as 4x4 the ecu was saying "not equipped". Mechanic 2 diagnosis(dealer): ABS module "shot", intake air heater has a short so when you hook it up immediately blows fuse, and ecm had a tuner on it at some point but no longer installed. My question is 1. how often do the abs modules burn out and what are the symptoms? 2. If I replace the abs module does it need to be programmed? 3. Could my ac be associated with the electrical non communications? The only reason why I ask number 3 is because I found online that someone else had the exact problems as I'm having with the ac and no speedometer but it was never answered. Truck runs fine other than these issues. Thanks in advance!!

See attached images. The TIPM does connect everything together, and are know to fail if overloaded or shorted.

I'm probably no help, but when I have screwy electrical issues on my '06, I usually blame the TIPM. Periodically my windows won't roll up or down, the turn signal lever activates the opposite turn signal, the radio/clock won't work, or the ABS light comes on. Usually the problem rectifies itself with a restart but I think I've read where others have cleaned the connectors on the TIPM and stopped some of this foolishness.
