06 simplest box

Looking cheapest and simplest box or module like most use to boost power but i only want to be able to change tire size 2 times a year and turn up the idle on the cruise feature 1 time. I do not want to mess with the H. P or boost or any other go fast stuff just these 2 things.

After having a 96 stock for 3 years this 06 is like a rocket ship to me

The dealer can activate the high idle. Some charge, some don't. They can also do the tire size up to about 285 or something. After that, they have to trial and error it, and charge a good bit to do it.



As far as programers, you might what to look at the Smarty. I know it can do what you are asking. I'm not sure the Smarty Jr. does the idle or tires size, but it might. If it does, it might be what you are looking for. The Smarty gives you a lot more flexiblity. Even if you aren't interested in more power, you still might want to consider running a timing only/low power increase program. I got about 2mph (hand calc. ) increase with timing only. Plus the mild TQ management makes it more fun to drive.

Thanks i will ck into the smarty and smarty jr.

I would rather spend the $$$ on a box than give the dealer a chance to do trial and error on my truck.
