07.5-12 Harmonic Damper question?

It looks like we have a fluid damper on these years. I have a 2012. Do these go bad over time? Couldn't find anything on the search.

Unlike the older elastomeric dampers, the viscous dampers can last forever as long as they are not leaking or physically damaged.

It might be mind over matter, but I feel the engine might be running a little ruff at idle and was wondering if the damper could be the issue. Again, I might be over sensitive. Truck runs fine otherwise.
