Are the screws just ornamental? How do those suckers attach?

Cant say I like the look but each is there own. That's why they make chocolate and vanilla

The bolts are stainless and about 1/2" long. A nut is affixed to the rear. They are for looks.



The flairs had to be attached before I can place mud flaps. All this is not just for looks. I want to protect the paint job on my RV.



I also plan installing 19. 5"x7. 5" wheels which sit a little wider.

Do these then use the double backed tape to hold them on?
