Hello my 07 5.9 was running rough drained filter under hood drove about another 15 miles and died cranks but no start. I checked filter and changed noticed some water in bottom of filter can so i remove tank flushed tank oun blew fuel lines out installed new lift pump in tank new filter fresh fuel still no start. Thanks in advance for any help

Looks like you covered just about everything but the injector pump. A big expense, but what else is left in the fuel system that could cause the start failure? I doubt that all your injectors would fail at once.

I pulled injectors this am some grud on 3 of them tips looked ok just wondering if I should have them tested or bite the bullet and replace them all truck has 146,000 miles any help will help lol

Put the injectors back in and check cranking rail pressure. The ecm needs to see 3000psi before it will fire the injectors. Low pressure could be a bad prv, cp3, or most likely a bad injector. Water in the fuel is hard on injectors. If the pressure is low, cap the injector lines one at a time, and see if it starts. If it does you have found the problem. Your biggest problem is finding someone with a scan tool that can read rail pressure.

Injector return will cause hard starts but will start with a sniff of ether. A bad cp3 will not start with ether. I just had a pickup that i was testing for hard starts in the shop. Pulled the truck in did the testing and would not start. Only made 80 psi of rail pressure. For some reason, once i broke the seal between the filter to rail it would never start again. Replaced cp3 and starts right up.

Connector tube nuts need to be torqued from 37-41ft/lbs
