I might be crazy but I have noticed a difference. We changed out my entire inner workings of my rear diff last week. Moved from 4.10 to 3.73 and I have noticed these differences. At 70mph I now see 1750rpms. The shifting of gears seems to be faster and more solid. I get into higher gears and feel lockup faster. After quick trip to the Blue Ridge Mtns in the last couple days transmission seems to run in much higher gear longer before downshifting. I do a lot more pulling in 1200-1500rpm range. I actually like the way it is doing. Have full tank of fuel now and leaving for NC beaches in the morning and will see what the fuel mileage will be. When I went to Wyo last year with 4.10s I averaged 21. Have not towed with it yet but it still has plenty of power.
