dont use hawk... they are junk... all they do is make noise#@$%!

I put hawk in the front and they make noise. so im going back to dealer for pads///

I've had good luck with EBC pads though I don't know if they make them For a 4500

I'd stick with OEM parts and contact one of the MOPAR parts discounters like http://www.mopar4less.com I used them when I was transporting and occasionally needed something.

They had good prices and treated me very well. Let them know you are a commercial hauler and need a good discount.
