My uncle just purchased this and got it signed by Carroll Shelby. I'm not a mustang fan but I have to admit its a real nice car.

Looks very nice - I had a '98 Camaro SS, fully loaded, but actually think I like the Mustangs better - any idea what the $$$ came to?

Very nice indeed! I grew up during the muscle car era. Two friends owned a GTO and a Firebird 400 respectively. They would give me rides and the power would amaze me. After riding with them,I would hop in my '62 Falcon w/170cu sixer ,three on the tree,mattress in the back and curtains(it was a wagon). I was hot stuff! NOT! If I ever come into money,I'm getting a quick V-8. P. S. That sucker was slow,but I remember it getting 25+ mpg w/four friends,surfboards,etc. on a trip to Mazatlan. It took us 27 hrs. to go 1300 miles. :{ That included numerous roadblocks where a $2. 00 bribe got 'ya going without being searched.

These cars are a dream come true, I owned a 68TG500 in the early 80's and your Uncles car would put it to shame so bad!

A nicer one was my 68 1/2 428CJ Mstang but still no match for this one.

Sure. . the older ones have that nostalgia appeal but the newer ones have everything else that makes it such a great car to drive & enjoy.
