08 Jeep, 3.0 Mercedes

I have been offered an 08 jeep with a 3. 0 mercedes diesel for very cheap. The catch is the DPF is plugged. I have checked on a new one ($3000). I can get it cleaned for about $400 but i dont want the headache of it plugging up agian. Does any one have any info if there is any DPF eliminate kits out there. I can do the pipe myself i just need the electrical to fool the computer. I have talked with the guys i usually go through for my cummins but no one seems to have any info. So mayby someone on here would have some insight. Thanks kelly
