Guess value of a 1992 F350 Dually Diesel

Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 with a 475hp CAT!

I was installing my 60 gallon super tanks, which by the way is a sweet product, but anyway, I went to fill the tank and the sign at U-Pump-It at the South 287/Trilby Road location that says Cash Only. Now normally, that would make me mad because it makes it difficult for my business to buy fuel and track it, but when I started filling the tank I got to 5 gallons and I noticed I was only at about $7. So I decided to keep filling and after 55. 1 gallons, my total was only $65! So needless to say I went home, got my other truck and every fuel can I had and filled them all up. The price is $1. 199 although the sign says it's $1. 99. And I was all smiles! Hurry and get while the gettin's good!

Something similar happened here in Monroe, Ohio. One of my drivers stopped at the marathon on sr63 at I-75. The fuel sign said 2. 099/gal but the pump and the receipt both said 1. 099/gal. Needless to say, I had every truck in the area go there.

It had to be a mistake by someone there. This is a small truckstop, and they sell a lot of #2.

I think someone may have lost their job.

It's a sad thing that we have been forced to actually applaud these mistakes. The rape of the end user by the oil companies has left us with little recourse and less conscience. Just look at the quarterlry profits for BP, Texaco-Chevron and Shell. I sadly say I wish I was near that station. I just wish that it was corporate station. Mike

Had the same thing happen in my town twice. One of the local Rag ---- ( well I guess I better not type out all of that word , might make someone offended ) just bought one of the well know station in town from one of our well know people here and he thinks his poop doesnt stink . He put gas one day at 19 cent a gallon . I was told by a teenager that he called all of his freinds on his cell phone and it spread like wild fire , every kid in town went and got gas . He changes the price on the pumps inside with a computer . On the 19 cent day I was told one of his white employies wanted to do it for him but he let them know that he could do it . The whole town is stills talks about it .

I don't feel bad because the station is owned by Peerless tire co. and they are owned by some huge corporation that I cant think of right now.

what I don't understand is why am I paying $2. 07/gallon for fuel when I was told that diesel was around $1. 60/gallon in Ohio. I don't really know for sure if diesel is that much in the Buckeye state but it sure does seem to be cheaper east of here. I thought that fuel prices were supposed to be regulated.

Was in Oklahoma City last night and fuel was $1. 709 at the Flying J on the west end of town. My 100 aux tank has paid for itself many times getting filled at that particular station over the years!! Oo. Jim Fulmer, why are you never at Chucks shop when I drive by??
