1-2 shift points

Just had the transmission rebuilt and got it installed and the 1-2 shift under light throttle 15-18mph...full throttle 25-27mph. My transmission guy says should be above 20mph under light throttle. The TV cable is maxed out as well.
What are the factory specs on this for shift points?

Any thoughts on if this ..is this way out of wack? Will it eat the transmission??

Seems right to me, 1-2 with light throttle is an early shift. Full throttle should be around 3000rpm. Did you install a shift kit? That raises the shiftpoint a little bit up.
