1 inch lift on 4x4 Front end?

My hunting buddy has a 99 1/2 ton Dodge Sport 4X4, and wants to lift the front end 1 inch (He just put 285s on). Is there an easy way to do this without buying a skyjacker kit? How about spacers in the spring cup or something simple?

Superlift makes a 3/4 inch spacer. I think they were originally intended to level some truck out from side to side, but they will work as a small lift spacer just as well. They are ~$40 each. The only drawback for some, and obviously not for others, is they need to be welded in. These are the only coil spacers I have seen that are under 2".
