1" or 1.5" spacers for 4x4 front????

Well, I got some new 17x9's to replace my old 17x9's and the offset was claimed to be only 1/8 larger, but measures closer to 1/4. Just enough to give me a gentle kiss with the fresh BFG 315's (3rd set, very happy with them with 40k miles+ for each set).



So I'm looking at options. For a variety of reasons, I prefer not to go with a 2" front lift, but would consider 1 or 1. 5" to get the job done- does anyone make some for the 4x4? I've searched the forums and found only the 2" unless we are talking the 2x4 trucks. I may buy some steel ones and cut them down.



I'm also considering lengthening the control arms by 1/4" (Think I can just adjust the lowers)

Look up www.topguncustomz.com. They will build what ever size lift spacer you want. I had them build me a set of 1 1/2" spacers a couple months back. Good price and quick turn-around.
