Well, I reached my first 100k on my way to work today.

100k Report: (based on a fillup yesturday)

Lifetime MPG average: 17. 09

Best single tank MPG: 20. 37

Worst single tank MPG: 10. 12 (towing 5700#, head wind, 99 Degrees F, 75 mph, rolling hills)

5,025 towing miles

replaced wiper controler (warrenty)

replaced lift pump (warrenty)

on second set of Mich. tires (OEM style), although I have a set of BFG's for the winter.

replaced clutch master/slave cylinder

replaced OEM shocks with Ranchos

replaced 1 axel U-joint (hub at same time)

replaced all brakes once

replaced fan belt

Oil changes every 6,000 miles

Fuel filter changes every 12,000 miles

Rear Differential fluid changed twice

Front Diff. fluid changed once

transmission and transfer case fluid changed once

Radiator fluid flushed and changed once

I hope my next 100k miles are equally trouble free.

Congrat's on "your first". Hope the next few 100k are equally as good. Only suggestion I'd make is to up the transmission & coolant change intervals. I do mine at 30k for transmission fluid and every other year for coolant flush & change, might be over-kill but...

I'm only half way to your milestone with no complaints :)

T-Bone : Why don't you change filters w/ every oil change; or reverse your process and change oil filter every time and oil every other time? Just curious, because I hate changing the filter, but have always thought that it was the most important part of the process. Please tell me I'm wrong!! Get ready to change starter contacts - mine gave out just past 100 grand.

Mariner,

I might have confused you by the way I wrote this. My "oil change" includes an "oil filter" change at the same time. I didn't specify that, but, indeed, it is done.

out of warrenty warning

Stand back folks, this thing's out of warrenty! She could blow any minute!

Oh wait, it's a Dodge.

Congrats on a decent 100K report!

All in all a wiper control and thats it! Everything else is a wear item anyhow so you did allright son!

Good record keeping

Damn neat to see someone keeping complete records. Congrats! I take care of my truck equally as well but I don't keep the kind of records you do. Great job!

Time to add some fueling capabilities and put that puppy to work!;) Congrats and good luck with the next. I am at 170,000+ with no major problems. :D
