Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 100,000 miles

[Speedo]

I made it to 100,000 miles this morning. It took one short block

(due to a cracked block) and one transmission thanks to DDIIs

and an EZ. I got to do the transmission myself with advice from

Bill K. and DTT parts. Looking forward to the next 100,000.

No, not my cherry, this is the second Ram that I have put into

six figures, I had a 1st gen that I put over 100,000 on before I

bought this one. Going from the valley to Anchorage daily rolls

up the miles and I've been doing it since mid 70s on this job.

PS My Dad has about 6 K to go on his 98. 5. Most of his is from towing his 5ver all over the country side.
