100k and 200k badges

I am wondering what I need to do to get the 200K badge for my truck I am only a few hundred miles from it now, and can't find my TDR books that told me how to acquire them (they are somewhere in box) I know I need a pic of the odometer but where do I send it and do I need to send money as well?

I would like to know also. I know I joined up after 100k miles, but I am going to turn 200k on the way up to Pires first gen party. Or before. Any info will help. Thanx in advance.
