Need help on Detroit Series 60 (Service Manual)

Reaching out!!

Good luck. Jeep is making money like a printing press, but Sergio stands a good chance of killing the goose that layed the golden egg if they pollute the brand. Brands that stick to their core mission tend to succeed and stay iconic. Brands who try to be everything to everybody generally end up becoming nothing to nobody.

I'm not really surprised at 100K.
When I was at the dealer the other day with the wifes minivan, I asked if they had a Hellcat, he told me they had one, and it immediately sold @ something like 89K

As these prices continue to creep up, it will be interesting how the banks change the rules for people to qualify. To be honest, I'm only 39 and my next Ram will be my last NEW purchase.

I still shoe horses on the side but my primary income comes from a motel that my wife and I own/operate. We are financially successful but not enough that I can justify buying a $100k car or truck. I'm still trying to choke down the price tag for a 2015 Ram; main reason I haven't replaced my old 04.5 yet.

We took a drive to Shelby MT yesterday to pick up a bar (an early 1800's saloon type) the road out that way is less traveled than if people take I15 I went another way to show some visitors the real Montana.

Coming back we took the same route, Broke down on the side of the road was a Brand New Dodge 4500 Pulled over to give him a hand and ended up taking him to the nearest town (a LONG WAYS) so he could get some help out to his truck. We were talking on the drive to town he stated that he " Wished like hell " that he'd kept his 05 but thought that with the mileage we drive in MT and the cost going up and up that he'd better get a new one before they got to far out of hand.

More proof that GM dropped the ball when they killed HUMMER. With the price of new 1 ton RAMs 100K isn't that much of a stretch.

Dodge is now owned by Fiat which is not a company known for reliability, they go by the moniker (fix it again Tony). No doubt the I-talians are focusing the new models on being mucho sexy instead of tough. At least you live in a free state where you could rip off all of the emissions equipment, and at least give em' a fighting chance. You can also blame the D-bags for this. They buy the big shiny truck so they can drive a big shiny truck and tell everyone how big and shiny it is. I have never seen a Ford "platinum edition" haul anything but itself.

That jeep is butt ugly, and as such will appeal to the people who want to buy something that not very many people have. The real housewives-mobile.

You'd have to pay me a 100k to drive that thing. That'a even uglier than the new Rams with the funky grill.

Sister-in-law bought a 2015 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara V6, I know that it didn't come close to $100k. its a nice jeep but not something that I would want to take a road trip in. Its mileage sucks but was nice to have this winter for her. It gets a tad " Brisk " here and she likes the 4x4, 4 door so that's what counts.

In April i got the wife a 2015 jeep Trailhawk 4x4 , They were asking 36k for this thing ,but when i left the dealer i got it for 29.3k, and it's also fulltime 4x4, fuel mileage hiway and city combined so far is 23.8, , i"ll know for sure when i take it to Utah in July, see what hiway mileage will be, They sure are proud of these things,Price ways, i know it isn't 100k jeep, but there's no way i'd pay that for any vehicle
