Any idea what a 108mm Schwitzer turbo is capable of? Would it be viable in a twins set-up? Or is it just too big?

Pretty sure it's a T6 flange and the compressor wheel measures 108mm, it's got a 74mm inlet, a 3 inch cold side outlet and the exhaust is set up for a 6 inch V-band even though the actual outlet hole is only about 3 inches.

Sounds like something that could shovel some air!! Any housing numbers or tag numbers would be helpful in identifying it. But it should work on a truck... with a lil extra fueling. If I can remember my numbers rite it would be a little bigger than an s400.

Here is what I got from the guy that has it...

"The part number is 196463, other than that I haven't been able to find out too much more... "

Edit: Just found out the turbo is an HT3B. Isnt that what a lot of companies use as the lower turbo in a twins set-up? Would an SPS62 work with this?

Finally got more info one this turbo... Not quite sure its an HT3B

It has a 36cm exhaust housing and that massive 108mm compressor wheel.

I'm guessing it's a bit too big to use and a primary tirbo in a twins set-up with my SPS62. :(

Does anyone think it could be made to work or shoudl I jsut put it on a 454 I have awaiting a rebuild?

Thanks again.

Opps, my mistake... still a bit new, especially trying to convert diesel lingo and gasser lingo. lol

Thanks for the correction.

Main point being that the 36cm exhaust housing is still too big right?
