Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 10cm or 12cm on ETH

How do you tell what size you have. I've been told by one person I have a 10 and another a 12.

Pretty sure the ETH HX35'S are 12, the automatic truck's HY35 is 9. Dunno where 10 is used but it's not very common.

The ETH turbine housing size thing is weird. All I know is that My ETH came with a 14cm^2 housing from the factory.



If you really want to know what housing you have you will have to take the turbo off the engine and look inside the housing inlet. There will be a "cast in" number with either a 12 or a 14.
