Stock Bed On A Chassis Cab?

Accident: Picture

I bought a new 2500 Mega Cab that had a 2UG package. I have done the research and know the specs of the package. I am an absolute novice on trucks and only bought the truck to tow my Porsche to the track. My question is what is the difference between the stock 10. 50 rear and the 11. 50 rear that was in my truck (I know its 1 inch). Is it more towing capacity?

Secondly, what does the "5. 5 gallon" mean? Is my tank 5. 5 gallons bigger or did the factory spring for the extra $15 in fuel at delivery?

10. 5 was some early 03 diesels and gas. Since mid 03 all diesels get the 11. 5. 10. 5 and 11. 5 is the size of the ring gear. Is the 5. 5 gallon refering to the amout of fuel that D. C. pays for at delivery?

Being bigger, and since it's made from the same materials as the 10. 50, it's considerably stronger. So, it'll handle more power and bigger loads w/o breaking or burning up.

Now that's funny... I don't care who you are! :)

It is refering to the fuel in the tank on delivery to the dealer. DC pays for the fuel up front, but we pay for it when we buy the truck. I have also heard that there are many dealers that are no longer filling them up when new!

on my 06 it was code YGM, 10 additional gallons of diesel fuel @ 19. 00

That is $1. 90 center per gallon. When I ordered mine fuel was over $3. 00 local so I asked the dealer if he could order 3 YGM's for me :)
