In previous threads entitled Water In Rear Axle and 50K Gearbox Lube Report I gave a report on my oils.

I just went through all of the boxes again.

Front axle looked brand new still with 63K on the Amsoil 75-90, probably run that at 100K intervals from now on out.

Transmission looked very good with 33K, probably be good for 50K+ intervals. Very little debris this time. I added the filter kit from Geno's this time and refilled with Mopar 6 speed oil.

Transfer case looked very good with 33K, again this looks like it could go onto a 50K+ interval. You will notice in my 50K report that it didn't look good, maybe because of break in or maybe due to the factory fill ATF Vs. using the Amsoil since 50K?

Rear axle looked better than the 80K report, BUT still had significant amounts of water and a fair amount of fuzz on the magnet, more than I would of liked, but maybe that is normal. This too had 33K. The rear axle could probably stand 25K changes. I added a Mag Hytec this change.

Other projects completed this week include the Larry B starter contacts (not needed at 114K, but did them anyway), New lift pump Number 4, big banjos and a new fuel filter. On yea, rotated the tires too, OEM brakes probably have 50K left! Going to rotate the PS fluid tomorrow and that should about take care of the mechanical stuff for a while, do plan on a cooling system service prior to winter, have the new hoses already.
