12 in. radio issues?

Couldn't find anything on a search, so figured I'd start a thread. Wondering if anyone is having or had issues with their 12 in. radio. Mine is frequently going blank, then 'reloading'. Or it will buzz and then lose everything on the screen. Will not load CarPlay quite often. I'll take it to the dealer and make a report I guess. Since it happens with no rhyme or reason, they will not be likely to 'duplicate' the problem to diagnose it. Still under warranty at least.

Try to make a cell phone video of it the next time it happens to show the tech.......
