If it is only a little drip I recommend you repurpose a small plastic jar as a catch can. I used a Skippy peanut butter jar. Cut a 1 inch hole in the center and a bunch of breather holes around it. Slip the cap over the tube and secure it with a zip tie. Screw the bottle on and empty when needed.

The Case Breathers work very well to disperse crankcase pressure and are easy to keep residue from the ground or your under carriage.I ran a pair of them on My 98 12v and then used an aftermarket catch/breather can to run the hoses into down along the frame out of sight. When I did oil changes I just opened the bottom drain on the external can while draining the oil.Kept the underside clean of oil blow by and My detail work intact.I ran 2 of the Case breathers on Mine.I would place a stock cover up front and on the rear cylinders and ran the Case Breather on the 4 center cylinders as seen in the photo of My Old truck. It was done that was as its a real PIA to put 3 on and get the valve cover breather top on the back 2 cylinders under the cowl.I used clear hose to the catch can just for looks. You will have to knock the centering sleeves out of the breather top to rotate the top into a position you want other than Case's placement. It doesn't affect the function at all just allows you better angle for the hoses.I LOVED the covers, was one of the first to do them back in the day.The install of them helped prevent the excess pressure from pushing out front/rear main seals and side cover gaskets(which are a PIA to changes in the truck).Hope that helps you out and I have enclosed 2 photo's of the under hood of My old 98 12V,Wish I NEVER sold it...........Andy
