Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) 12 valve down help!!!

This is for a 97 12 valve friend here in west TN. What I need is to know where can I drive and buy a set of head studs and get the head gasket in this area of west Mckenzie TN?

Schieds (Effingham, IL) or EEP would be the closest ones that I'm aware of. May some closer, but don't know who they are.
