Attention: TDR Forum Junkies Howdy Folks! I too am looking for an Exhaust Brake system for my 96 5sp 2500 Clubcab. I would be happy with a used system from an engine that has died and will no longer be of use. I do all of my own repairs and am able to install all the parts and the 60# springs.
The truck has 435k and still operates fine. I use it to pull a full tandem gooseneck with a 1968 JD 4020 on it and a 34ft gooseneck camper trailer. If I can find all the parts, I can make it work.
I'm located about 80 mi WNW of Ft.Worth, Texas. Id be willing to travel a reasonable distance to get one. If anyone knows of one not being used or going to be used, please feel free to contact me. Thank you for your help.

96 5spd, clubcab, 435K, overhauled at 385K, ( mainly for rings and rod brgs, head was checked and cleaned up ), new clutch, the engine and truck are mostly stock except for the HD front bumper. Best vehicle I've ever owned in the last 60 years.
