Following Koa Man's suggestion for a slide hammer to pull the injectors, I called on some of my mechanic buddies at work for help. Our mech's are required to be qualified machinists so they are a good source to call on.
As Koa Man noted, 14x1. 5 threads are not all that common. While scheming to mill something up, my friend remembered all the high pressure gas systems we have. We found a 14x1. 5x~25mm coupling made by Cajun. Another source is Swagelok for those who have access to this type of material.
The coupling had plenty of thread for both the bolt and injector. Course' my buddy just had to make a slider from round stock complete with knurles.
9/16x18 threads may also work.
