Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) 12 valve valve adjustment

Can someone tell me where I can find instructions for doing the valve adjustment on a 97 12v

This should work... they make it look hard. Its really not.

Just remember to do it cold (engine rested 3 hours) . And yes I'm probably a moron. And yes, even for me it IS easy!!!:-laf Pretty soon it becomes like breathing, or opening a cold twist top — second nature!!

DDH that depend upon the conditions you are working in. I usually end up doing stuff like that out side in the cold so I prefer at least luke warm
