12 Volt power thru 7 way trailer cord

I have no power on the wire which should charge the trailer brake battery, f30 is labeled trailer tow but has no wire to the fuse cavity ????? Is there another source for power to this circuit?

I just checked at trailer tow receptacle I do have power there, as trailer is hooked up and the battery is charging. I did change out F29 trailer tow parking lights; F53 trailer tow left turn / stop and F81 trailer tow right turn / stop to 15 amps due I tow boat and water occasionally gets into the lights.

I pulled F30 fuse out of fuse box, there is no power at tow receptacle, put fuse back in there is power. Looking over the fuse box list I see no other fuse for trailer tow.
