Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) 12v 24v flywheel different???

I have been kicking around the idea ofswaping to a 5 speed. Was looking around & looks like they are different? Any input appreciated.

5 speed flywheels are different than a 6 speed flywheel other that that a 5 speed flywheel is the same from 94-02 I do believe

Well if I'm not mistaken:



Smaller flywheel: All 12 & 24v 5-speeds

Larger Flywheel: All 6-speeds 1999-2005 NV5600



Not sure if there are variations on the 5-speed clutch used between the 12v and 24v engines and especially the 5-speed 3rd Gen trucks. Same deal on the 6-speeds between 2001 and the 3rd Gens

Thanks guys. I had one found from a 24V then looked on Dodgeparts.com & they showed different. Another TDR member has one for sale. Just have to sell some more stuff from the parts truck first>
