12v auto turbo on 5 spd engine?

Hello all



Little brother has been spending the last few weeks putting a 98 5 speed engine in a 98 auto truck. The 5 speed turbo was damaged, are there any differences between the turbos? Can the auto turbo (whole unit) be put on the 5 speed motor, or is the exhaust housing smaller on the auto on a 12v?

No differance same turbo

But the auto wastgate is set at 19 - 20lbs, and the 5 spd is set at 24 -25lbs. You will have to set the wastegate on the auto turbo to 25lbs or change the wastegates out.
