2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission 12V Ignition On Power source

Can anyone tell me if there is a source under the hood for ignition on 12 volt power? I am going to attempt to power my low beams from a relay with the key on. It is a 2001 2500 any help is appreciated.

I have my air horn compressor wired to the hot side of the grid heater relay closest to the firewall. It is switched steady 12 volt with the key on. My truck is a 12 valve though.

Thanks I will see if I have one. I don't need a lot of amprage since it is only going to operate a relay.
