12v in a 62 deville not starting

I have dropped a 12v first gen into muy 62 Cadillac. I Had it running for about 15 sec before I killed power to make sure it started. I changed all the lines and tank and filter took out the guts on the fss and new injectors. It spits out of the injectors when cracked and then tighten as I'm turning it over and it will try to fire but won't start. Only thing I can think of is bad ip I had replaced the lift pump and get full fuel at the filter. Anything I missed?

try removing the shut down solenoid, remove the spring and plunger and put the cap back on the pump and see what happens

IDK what it can be, but you have to make a video of that!

Did you crack the bleeder screw by the pump ?
Also you might just run a jumper wire from the battery to the fuel sylinoiud and see if that changes , my guess you have air in the system
